SHIPPING

We ship UPS or Federal Express to all destinations within the contiguous United States. Orders will be shipped “Ground” unless the customer specifies expedited shipping (3 day, 2nd day or next day service)

Orders will be processed and sent to the warehouse for shipping within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow, at least, two days for the warehouse to pack and ship your order (even if the shipping is expedited). Normally, orders will be received by the customer within 3 to 7 days. There may be a significant shipping delay prior to the Holidays in November and December.

Goodnessforchildren.com is not responsible for delays due to weather or Carrier delays.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately at 1-888-440-6468. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped or are in the fulfillment process at the warehouse. Refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.

RETURNS

We offer a 14 day, money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not happy with an item, you my return it for a full refund, providing the item is in its original packaging and is in unused condition. To receive a refund, contact our offices, by email, to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect all packages promptly to ensure no damage has occurred during shipping. Any damage must be reported within 14 days.
